Scanner Enterprises is a wholly-owned processing division of Pacific Salmon Industries. Our plant number, 1908, is known throughout the world for its quality and integrity. In peak fishing months, Scanner employs up to 250 people while processing and freezing up to a million lbs of seafood per day. On a year-round basis we maintain a staff of approximately 70 full time employees; 20% have been with the company more than 20 years.

Due to our core beliefs of innovation, integrity, and the importance of long-term partnerships with our customers and employees, Scanner has been able to amass a knowledge base of expertise that allows us to employ innovative solutions and provide exceptional service to the seafood industry. Our commitment to HACCP based principles, good manufacturing practices, and third party auditing further ensure that our customers receive the best quality experience possible.

For over 30 years, Pacific Salmon Industries has amassed and leveraged a network of international suppliers that are held to the utmost standards of corporate social compliance, quality, and food safety. Each of our partners holds at minimum one Global Food Safety Initiative ( GFSI ) certification and is audited annually by third parties as well as frequent in-person visits by Pacific Salmon Industries personnel. We approach our international supply partners with the same long term approach that we take with our customers and employees – they are an integral part of our team success.
